Internal Medicine Center is pleased to announce that its staff helped raise $3,430 for the 2015 Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes on Saturday, October 10th at the University of South Alabama. The event is the American Diabetes Association’s signature fundraising walk and hundreds of people came together to celebrate 75 years of the fight to Stop Diabetes. It was inspirational to see so many teams, individuals, and volunteers support the American Diabetes Association’s mission to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of those affected by diabetes. IMC was proud to be a part of such a wonderful event for our community.
